Asymmetry after double eyelid surgery - is this normal?

Double eyelid surgery 2 weeks ago.

One side is more swollen.
Is this normal?

**Current Situation**
- Left eye: 80% healed
- Right eye: Still puffy
- Difference is visible

**Questions**
1. Is asymmetry during healing normal?
2. When should I worry?
3. When to contact surgeon?
