Had nose surgery last year, got revision this year.

**First Surgery**
- Hospital: Famous large clinic
- Result: Asymmetry, capsular contracture starting

**Revision Surgery**
- Hospital: Revision specialist
- Cost: 1.5x the first surgery
- Method: Complete redo with rib cartilage

**Lessons Learned**
- Big name doesn't mean best
- Research revision specialists beforehand
- Don't rush into surgery

**Current Status**
Very satisfied with revision.
Should have done more research initially.
