Anyone have filler side effects?

Got nose filler 2 months ago.

**Current Status**
- Slightly asymmetric on one side
- Feels a bit hard when touched
- Color is normal

**Questions**
1. Is this normal?
2. Should I dissolve it?
3. Will it go away over time?
